Marin K. Ritter is a founding member of Ritter Halliday LLP, based in Cleveland, Ohio. Ms. Ritter received her B.A. degree in English from Oberlin College in 1987, her Master of Library Science degree from the University of Maryland in 1991, and her J.D., cum laude, from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 1996. She has practiced immigration law since 1996, initially with a boutique immigration law firm in Cleveland for eleven years, then seven years as a sole practitioner, until founding Ritter Halliday in 2015.
Ms. Ritter’s practice is focused on immigration and nationality law matters for major corporations, closely-held businesses, nonprofit organizations, and colleges and universities.
Her professional memberships include the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the British-American Chamber of Commerce. Ms. Ritter is admitted to the practice of law in the State of Ohio, and has lectured on general corporate immigration issues.
